Where do you get your mattresses?

In order to ensure the highest quality mattresses, all our mattresses are sourced from American based manufacturers here in the United States. Upon purchase, each mattress is ordered from the manufacturer, built fresh, and then delivered to your home by our team. Delivery times will vary based on mattress selection.

Do you provide delivery and installation?

Yes, at American Mattress family we provide complimentary delivery and installation with your purchase of a new mattress, box foundation, or adjustable base. Our dedicated team will call the day before your delivery with a 2 hour delivery window. Please be sure to have an adult of 18 years or old present at the time of delivery. Deliveries or scheduled Wednesday through Saturday.

Can I change My Delivery Day?

Yes. To change a delivery simply call our Ventura store at 805.653.2323 and let our sleep superheros know your first and last name and the day you ordered your mattress, and they will gladly provide available dates to match your schedule.

What mattress warranty do you provide?

Mattress warranties will depend on the mattress manufacturer and can range from 5 to 20 years. Once you have selected your favorite mattress, one of our sleep superheros would be happy to share with you the warranty information from your new mattress manufacturer.

How does the 100 day Sleep Trial Work?

After a break in period of 30 days, you will have 100-days from the delivery date of your mattress to request a one time comfort exchange. If your mattress is in like-new condition, a credit equal to the amount paid for the original mattress will be applied to a new mattress at full retail price, no discounts will apply on exchanges. Some items, (ie closeouts) may not be eligible for a comfort exchange, no refunds will be issued, and customer is responsible for any balance between mattresses.

Can you build custom sized mattresses?

Yes. Having developed close relationships with many of our suppliers over the last 15 years, we are able to custom build a mattress to your specific needs.

How can i tell which mattress is best for me?

Choosing the right mattress is crucial for a good night's sleep. To find your perfect match, consider factors like your preferred sleep position, firmness level, and any specific needs like back support or pressure relief. While online research can be helpful, we recommend visiting our physical store to try out different mattresses. This hands-on experience allows you to assess comfort and support accurately, ensuring you make an informed decision.
